DO I NEED A VISA FOR HONOLULU?
Honolulu is part of the United States of America and as such if you hold an Australian passport no visa is required. You are required though to complete and online “ESTA” which is an online electronic system for travel authorisation.

WHAT DO I NEED TO TAKE WITH ME?
All you need is casual clothes for your time and your footy kit. None of our functions require any formal or semi-formal attire.

WHAT STANDARD OF TEAM/PLAYER DO I HAVE TO BE?
Any standard. It is an open tournament so you have to be 18 years of age and over. There is prizemoney so we expect there will be a fairly high standard of teams. Our main aim though is to have people having a great time in a great place playing the game they love. You can do all of that either winning or losing. Regardless of the level of rugby league you play it is important to remember that people attending the Waikiki 9’s come to play in a friendly environment where the outcome is enjoyed by all regardless the outcome. Accordingly, aggressive and unsportsmanlike behaviours on or off the field is not acceptable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PLAYER IS INJURED?
Part of your entry into the tournament covers a medical officer to be there throughout the tournament to attend the injured.
